The finished development
E J Smart Ltd delivered the full mechanical, plumbing and fit-out package for Primrose House, an 8-unit new build residential development in Weybridge, Surrey. The works were directly managed and supervised by our own team from first fix through to final handover.
The package took in the cold water storage tank and booster set, gas distribution to the building, and a wall-hung combi boiler to each of the eight flats. Beyond the services, we also carried out the full fit-out of every bathroom and kitchen, along with the ventilation installation throughout.
Delivered to a contract value of around £250k, Primrose House sits alongside Fulham Palace Road as a key reference for our residential capability — demonstrating our ability to take a scheme from services through to finished, habitable interiors.
